1. Position Title: Transport and Logistic Coordinator

Jakarta, 6 months; renewal

 The minimum requirement are as follow:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Required language(s): English

• 5+ Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities :

1) Estimate transport cost based on inputs provided by projects teams and stakeholders (i.e. project managers, engineers, buyers, vendors & etc)

2) Prepare and negotiate freight forwarding activities subcontracts and purchase order, consisting in:

• Bidder List preparation

• Invitation to Bid

• Bids evaluation and clarifications

• Bid tabulation and recommendation to Project Management for selection

• TSO (Transport Service Order) preparation, administration and control

3) Involve in vessel part chartering activities which covers:

• Commercial activities; negotiation with ship-owners/carriers & freight forwarders, preparation & submission of CBT’s to project managers with recommendation and finalizing fixtures)

• Operational activities; shipment coordination with ship-owners/carriers and freight forwarders, load out coordination with project managers and site operations team, preparation of shipping related documents (i.e. B/L, CIPL & etc)

4) Handling of shipments for various projects as per process flow agreed with stakeholders (i.e. project managers) and maintain proper record in depository folders for tracking and audit purpose

2. Position Title: Business Development & Sales Manager

Jakarta - 12 months; permanent consideration.

• Bachelor's degree (preferably) or Technical degree

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field

• Excellent relationship skills

Ensure implementation of Business Development & Sales strategies and targets, develops long term relationships with clients. May be accountable for the management of a small sales team

Internally: BD & Sales team, Legal team, Senior management, Project Management team, Contract Administration team, Project Financing and Insurance teams, Safety, QA

Externally: Clients, Suppliers, Partners, Subcontractors, local authorities

• Ensures the achievement of sales objectives his/her scope by managing a portfolio of clients, identifying sales targets, determining the clients’ needs and priorities

• Ensures the development of sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the lifecycle

• Works closely with the Operations heads to identify project needs for commercial and technical engagement

• Ensures a sound knowledge of the market, clients and technologies so as to maximize the commercial impact and the added value for the client

• Represents and defends TechnipFMC interests and image in external events

• Ensures compliance of partners and commercial agents with Group principles

• Identifies, reviews, and negotiates Master Service Agreements and align these with corporate policies

•  Able to coordinate and work autonomously, improves frameworks and guidelines

• Budget of order intake: >150 million USD

• Type of contract: LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) or  complex execution scheme

• May manages a team of Sales/Marketing managers, engineers &/or Tendering/Proposal managers

• May be in charge of tendering activities in addition to commercial responsibilities

3. Position Title: Instrument Controls Engineer

Jakarta - 12 months

Job Description:

• Client intends to unify the use of standards and specifications across its group of companies, and therefore, require producing new Standard Specifications, with the following objectives:

- Standardization across the group will drive Cost Effectiveness, both upfront CAPEX and operating/life cycle costs by eliminating 'Nice to have' requirements and adopting 'Must to have or Fit for purpose' approach.

- Enhance interchangeability of materials will lead to Optimized inventory management and maintenance costs, thereby enhancing profitability.

- Supports In-Country Value (ICV) initiative.

- Enhanced Project Delivery performance (Cost/Time Benefit)

• Candidate Role:

- Review and compare Client’s Specifications across group of companies

- Combine and update the same considering the technical requirements, Quality requirements and Cost optimization in liaison with client and project team

- Provide logical and consistent written technical direction relating to respective discipline specifications development.

- Liaise with other disciplines in the design team and the Client

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors /Masters in respective Discipline Engineering (Instrumentation)

• Chartered Engineer

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the respective Discipline Engineering

• Have a mixture of experience in both Upstream (onshore/Offshore) and Downstream (Refinery/Gas Processing/Petrochemicals) Projects at different Stages (FEED/EPC).

• Good knowledge on the Quality requirements such as Inspection & Testing requirements at Factory and Site.

• Good Knowledge on Fabrication, Inspection & Testing, Construction methods.

• Previous experience of Specifications preparation

• Good Knowledge on international Codes and Standards (API, ISO, American, British, IEEE, ITU as relevant to respective discipline)

• Previous work exposure to International (Shell, BP, Exxon, Conoco Philips) / Middle East (ADNOC, Aramco, KOC) Oil & Gas Companies Specifications in FEED/EPC Stages

• Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills in English

4. Position Title: Document Clerk

Jakarta - 12 months

Preferably Male

Experienced as Project Document Controller

Advanced knowledge of Aconex Document Management Software.

Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures

5. Position Title: Planning Engineer

Jakarta 12 months


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• More than 10 years hands-on planning experience in Oil & Gas project environment

• Skills and experience in using Primavera, MS Words and Excel

• Good workload management skills

• Ability to work under own initiative with minimum supervision

• Proficient in English

Interpersonal skills to:

• Lead and coach junior planner

• interact with project management team

• interact with client, partners and subcontractors

• interact with support functions

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Good analytical skills and logical thinking

Job Description:

• Supervise or train less experienced colleagues, mainly on small and middle size projects

• Defines the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc.)

• Overall responsibility for the creation, maintenance and close-out of project plans

• Establish project plans for the execution of the work covering schedule, manpower and progress, in accordance with PMC standard planning methods.

• Ensure that project plans are updated on a regular basis based on input from the project organisation.

• Monitor and analyze progress, schedule, manpower and assists in analyzing cost/margin against baseline plan and current plan.

• Prepare and maintain forecast schedule and initiate corrective actions when this schedule deviates from current plan.

• Responsible for reporting in accordance with contract and PMC standard reporting procedures

• Review and participate in preparation of Variation Order Requests, and implement accepted Variation Orders with regards to schedule, manpower and cost plans.

• Prepare internal and external project reports, to include milestone completion.

• Work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure accuracy of schedules and the impact to the overall project schedule.

6. Position Title: Assistant QA/QC Manager

• Bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrument Engineering.

• 10 years experienced in Oil & Gas

• 5 years experienced in QAQC for Refinery project

• Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery ISBL Licensed and Non Licensed Unit.

• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction.

• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality.

7. Position Title: Field Engineer – Senior Civil/Structural

Local Lawe-Lawe 24 Months

No rotation

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Structure Engineering

• Max. 55 (fifty-five) years old.

• Min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• 7+ (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has a wide range of experience in the civil and structural fields supervisor construction including underground facility , sewers, concrete structure, steel structure, road and paving, pipe-racks and foundations .

• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), Uniform Building Code (UBC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

• Has a proven ability to perform Civil and Structure supervisory in Civil and Structure with a high level of quality.

• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs structural design & analysis software for example SAP 2000, STAAD Pro or Etabs 2013 .

• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

• Has a good medical record

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English

8. Position Title: Assistant Manager HSSE Manager

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe based – 36 months

No rotation

• Bachelor of in Chemical / Environmental/Engineering is preferable.

• Less than 55 years old with good with good medical record clearance

• 5+ years as a Manager in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• 10+ (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Has experience as HSSE Lead in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater

• Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site HSSE Issues in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater

• Has Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures

• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.

• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.

• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality

• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.

• Has a good medical record

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

9. Position Title: Front Admin (Magang)

• 6 months, Feb 2020 - Jul 2020

• Internship Location: Mampang Raya, South Jakarta.

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate officer.

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

• Keep updated records, oversee, sorting, and filling incoming and outgoing documents, packages etc. and distribute them to the appropriate officer. Ensure all documents in organized manner and easy to search-on.

• Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

• Other basic administration works in order to support all divisions if necessary (i.e. Finance, Formalities, Operational, or Management).


• At least SMU in any field

• English proficiency

10. Site Project Control Engineer

- 4-5 Years experiences as Project Control Engineer.

- Graduated from reputable university (S-1), preferably from Civil Engineering.

- Experienced on developing and maintaining EPC Project Schedule preferably from Petrochemical Project

- Experienced to prepare Project Control measurement, update construction progress, report and analyze (schedule & cost) actual progress and forecasting.

- Knowledge and able to operate of Primavera (P6) software or Microsoft Project.

- Will be considered as local hire in Cilegon

- Contract duration will be 6 months

- Preferably can join within one month
